What I Eat In A Day – Angela Huhman

BREAKFAST
My favorite breakfast is Siggi’s Vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh fruit. In the winter, I switch it up with steel cut oats and fresh blackberries or blueberries.

LUNCH
I purposely make extra food in the evening, so that I have extras for lunch the next day. I stop by Columbia Strength & Conditioning 2 days each week for my PureFit meals to break up the monotony. It’s easy and a great way to add variety to my diet. PureFit meals come in stackable, microwaveable containers that make it easy to heat up and have a nutritious meal on the go. I will often use the gas station microwave while on the road instead of fast food or drive through.

DINNER
I keep dinner simple with grilled meat and vegetables. Growing up on a farm with a huge garden made me love vegetables. I grill fajitas, pork loin, shrimp, and almost any vegetable you can imagine.

SNACKS
Almonds, bananas, and plenty of water for the day’s activities.
